Buffalo Sauce

Homemade Buffalo Sauce is so much better than a bottled version. This is a my basic Buffalo sauce. Feel free to tweak it anyway you like. Add fresh peppers or spices. Post variations in comments if you like.

Ingredients:

1 stick butter 1/2 cup, or 8 tablespoons

1/2 cup Louisiana style hot sauce Franks is very popular

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or more to taste

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Wisk in all the remaining ingredients until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Let cool and store in an air tight container or bottle.
