Sweet and garlicy carrots. Simple side dish. Goes great with Butter Pesto Skirt Steak along with many other dishes.
Ingredients:
3 Cups baby carrots
1/3 cup butter
4 Cloves of miced garlic
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cracked pepper to taste
1/4 Brown sugar
Parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Meanwhile melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add honey.
Add the garlic and cook for 45 seconds. Then add carrots.
Continue to cook as the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to coat and empty into a baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, and put preheated oven for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
