Had our Southern Nevada Health Department pre-inspection yesterday!!

We had our pre-inspection yesterday, and it all went great!!! I have asked a bunch of vendors. “What’s the chances that if the trailer looks good they will pass me right there and I just pay the money?” All of them laughed and said that will never happen. So I didn’t secure the commissary before hand. Five minutes in to the inspection she says. “If you can start your generators and prove to me your water and refrigerator temps are good. You can turn in your application and pay your fees today, and be done. There are couple of small things and we will come by and check them once your out there.” I had forgot about the commissary at first. Started the generators. Everything is getting to temp nicely. Then it hits me… “Yeah your not going to pass me today.” She says asks why. I informed her that I didn’t have a commissary letter. “You’re right I can’t pass you today.” So damn close, but we are almost there. Going to fix the few little things and submit application next week. Stay tuned.i..
