Food Trailer Rotating Menu Items

Ok guys. We have been gearing up for launch. Almost done with the red tape. We are excited!! Everyone we have met on this journey is excited. Most our media traffic is on Instagram and Facebook, but we have not shared as much here. So here is quick recap of some of the foods we will be rotating around on our trailer.

Our handheld Taco Salads! These are beef ( chicken will also be an option ) with lettuce, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, tomato, jalapeno, radish, and cheese. With a Chipotle aioli. In a mini flour tortilla bowl.

Here are wings with two of the five different sauces, and some fresh cut fries. Other sauces will include Buffalo, BBQ, and Chipotle aioli.

Pizza Sandwich: Pizza toppings grilled on the griddle till cooked. Then covered in mozzarella cheese till melted and browning. Hit with a squirt of pizza sauce. Then put between two slices of sourdough bread grilled with a garlic and parmesan crust!! Available toppings: Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Bell Pepper, Onions.

Korean corn dogs. Little smokies and mozzarella on a stick and dipped in a thick sweet flour batter. Then rolled in toppings such as cubed french fries, ramen noodles, Takis, and others we are trying. Tasty goodness.

The (Killer) Chicken Taco. We feel that some of our friends would boycott us if we didn’t have this. This will be a rotating special. You know Taco Nights and such.
