Yes we are on our way. We have actually had it for a few months. Had to remove the old wrap, do some cleaning up, and get some equipment we needed (still more to get). Been fun. I have been cooking in it all week. Working on dishes that not only are mine, but will work with the truck.
It has a prep fridge, a long counter fridge, and a large stand up fridge. 36″ 3 burner griddle. Double stove top. Two fryers. A 40lb and a 20lb. Hand washing sink, and 3 compartment dish sink. Full Square point of sale system, and more. Still going to be awhile before we can open up. Permits, licensing, and all the rest of the red tape that goes with opening a food truck. We are about half way there on all that. Working to get on track as soon as possible. So stay tuned for menu items and out progress!!
